The Steps of a Total Renovation

For the comprehensive design and implementation of a renovation, a series of steps is performed which will offer us the desired result, at the right time.

The steps that will lead us to the radical renewal of your space, whether it concerns its exterior or its interior, are always followed under the correct processes and the use of modern and functional methods, as well as the highest quality raw materials.

Before starting any renovation works, the first thing our company carries out is undertaking the issuance of a permit by the urban planning department (e.g. for small scale works) for the necessary works.

After the permit has been issued, we begin the necessary demolition works and then the cleaning of the area from the rubble and debris that are produced. Our team undertakes the legal installation of special rubble collection skips, in cooperation with the competent companies.

This is followed by the installation of a new plumbing system, gutters and drainage, the installation of heating and cooling systems (infrastructure for the installation of boilers and natural gas, for air conditioning units, etc.).

After consultation with the customer, specialized electricians construct new electrical installations and prepare the necessary infrastructure for the lighting system (hidden lighting, LED strips, spots, etc.).

Our next step is to cover all the excavated surfaces (walls, floors) with the plastering process. Regarding floors, there shall be an application of cement mortar in the places they have been stripped or dismantled, as well as for the smooth laying of the new tiles or wood flooring.

This is followed by the partition of the space or the creation of a new space within it, in case the customer has chosen to do so. The above partitioning can be carried out either through the installation of special plasterboards, or with Ytong Blocks, always using the best materials that are available on the market.

In the next phase of design, the application of primer and troweling process begins in three layers on walls and ceilings. This is followed by the placement of the type of flooring the customer has chosen.

Moving towards the final phase of the renovation, we continue with the priming and painting of the property in two coats, leaving the application of a final coat of paint after the completion of the project. The customers can choose the colors they want from a wide range of colors and a wide range of firms.

The next stage is the installation of internal doors and a security front door, as well as the installation of external frames, if and as long as they are subject to our original architectural plan.

After all the above actions have been completed and the necessary conversions have been made, the installation of bathroom fixtures, kitchen equipment and closets shall begin. The customers can decide by themselves about the designs and quality, however our company can always suggest and guide you to select one of our own suggestions. In the last step, after the completion of all the above actions and after a systematic control of the works, the property is ready to receive the final coat of painting, so that it can be delivered to the customer.
