Our company undertook and completed the renovation works on the entire apartment of an area of 118 square meters, on Mitropoleos Street, at the center of Thessaloniki. Another demanding task of total renovation and decoration was delivered in the pre-agreed time, with complete success.

- Installation of plumbing fixtures (drainage, water supply, heating, cooling).
- Electrical installations (hidden lighting, lighting, outlets).
- Plastering process.
- Flooring and tile laying and cement mortar application.
- Placement of plasterboards and false ceilings.
- Partitioning of the space.
- Puttying process.
- Floor laying.
- Priming and painting of the space.
- Installation of internal doors, security front door, external PVC frames.
- Installation of kitchen equipment and sanitary fixtures.
- Cleaning of the space and disposal of rubble and waste.
Duration after the completion of the study and issuing of permits: 32 days.
