Our company undertook the restoration of the exterior surface and the roof of a building which is located at the junction of Alex. Papanastasiou Street and Kaftatzoglou Street, at the center of Thessaloniki, near the facilities of ERT 3.
Works in chronological order:
- Scaffolding installation.
- Abrasion (scraping) of the surfaces of damaged walls.
- Replacement of plasters.
- Repair works on the external surfaces, troweling of eaves (joists ) with PLANFIX cement putty supplied by ISOMAT.
- External full painting of the building with top quality Kraft 4 Seasons acrylic cement paints, for the optimal protection of external walls.
- Maintenance and painting of railings.
- Cleaning of the space and removal of rubble and waste.
Duration of the project works after the completion of the study and issuing of permits: 25 days.
