Restoration of the facade of an apartment building in the area of the center of Thessaloniki, at the junction of Delphon Street and Alexandrou Papanastasiou Street, near Theageneio Hospital.
Works in chronological order:
- Installation of a scaffolding and protective mesh.
- Abrasion (scraping) of the surfaces of damaged walls.
- Replacement of plasters.
- Repair works on the external surfaces, troweling of eaves (joists ) with PLANFIX cement putty supplied by ISOMAT.
- External full painting of the building with top quality Kraft 4 Seasons acrylic cement paints, for the optimal protection of external walls.
- Maintenance and painting of railings.
- Cleaning of the space and disposal of rubble and waste.
Duration of works after the completion of the study and issuing of permits: 25 days.
