Works in chronological order:

- Electrical installations (hidden lighting, lighting, outlets).
- Plastering process.
- Flooring and tile laying and cement mortar application.
- Placement of plasterboards and false ceilings.
- Puttying process.
- Floor laying.
- Priming and painting of the space.
- Installation of internal doors, security front door, external PVC frames.
- Installation of kitchen equipment and furniture and sanitary fixtures.
- Cleaning of the space and removal of rubble and waste.
Duration of works: 40 days.
