Full renovation and conversion of a single space of 105 square meters into two apartments, of 60 square meters and 45 square meters each, in an apartment building at the center of the city of Thessaloniki, on Iasonidou Street.
Works in chronological order:
- Dismantling works, wall demolishing and cleaning of the space.
- Installation of plumbing fixtures (drainage, water supply, heating, cooling).
- Electrical installations (hidden lighting, lighting, outlets).
- Plastering process.
- Flooring and tile laying and cement mortar application.
- Placement of plasterboards and false ceilings.
- Partitioning of the space.
- Puttying process.
- Floor laying.
- Priming and painting of the space.
- Installation of internal doors, security front door, external PVC frames.
- Installation of kitchen equipment and sanitary fixtures.
- Cleaning of the space and disposal of rubble and waste.
Duration of works after the completion of the study and issuing of permits: 45 days.
