Our team, at the RAPO.GR company, undertook and completed the works of total restoration and painting of the exterior and interior spaces of the Poseidon Hotel Sea Reports, which is located in Neos Marmaras, Chalkidiki, and consists of 12 individual buildings.
This specific project is a milestone for the development of our company, since after the completely successful completion of the works, the undertaking of other demanding projects followed, which are related to the tourism industry, fully or partially renovating small tourist accommodation units and large hotel complexes throughout Northern Greece.
Works in chronological order:
- Abrasion (scraping) of external and internal walls and ceilings.
- Puttying and plastering works.
- Painting of the surfaces with modern styles.
- Priming of surfaces.
- Restoration of the floors of outdoor pools.
- Cleaning of the space and disposal of rubble and waste.
Total duration of the works of our crew: 140 days.
